canceling Pub Steering Committee meeting for 13-Aug

It seems many of us are either on holiday or buried in additional work. 
And I have a one-time conflict this Friday so Tzviya and I are canceling 
this week's Publishing Steering Committee meeting.

One topic we'll put on the agenda for September is to start discussing 
priorities for Recommendation-track work following the current EPUB 
Working Group's completion of its current charter.  You're welcome to 
think about that in the meantime.
