Court ordered negotiations, George and Garth on Tuesday

Dear SC,

 

FYI, Garth and I will be in negotiations with the judge and Overdrive on
Tuesday. There is no binding decision required, but this is the first time a
judge has been involved. The court is requiring this step before the case
proceeds.
