It would be good to clarify which bank I was talking about. Sorry I was not 
so explicit in my statement.

correct:
… the amount required for december payment is already in the bank, so there 
would be no problem in releasing december payment to DAISY, when I send the 
formal progress report.


And I checked my records for EPUBCheck version used by validator.idpf.org. 
It was updated to EPUBCheck 4.1.1 in January 2019, which is aligned to EPUB 
3.0.1. Updating validator.idpf.org was not part of EPUBCheck contract, but 
we did it as an contribution to the community.
So, you can update the following also.
Existing:
Avneesh: it uses 4.2

Correct:
Avneesh: it uses 4.1.1 (for EPUB 3.0.1)
