the mailing list is based on a database that lists you referring to:

You should change this database entry altogether, including your Hachette affiliation and email address.

Note that changing your affiliation will (I presume) automatically remove you from the Working Group and the Business Group, because those are member dependent (or maybe Dave must remove you explicitly? I am not sure).

I have removed your chair status from the PBG.
