[PBG] Next calls

Dear,

There was some questions about missing calendar invitations for our PBG meetings.

Following yesterday PBG call, I summarize the calendar we should setup for next calls :

Starting Tuesday April 10th :

  *   European call
     *   At noon ET, every 4 Tuesdays (April 10, May 08, June 06, July 03, …)
  *   Asian call
     *   2 weeks later, call time 7pm ET, every 4 Tuesdays (April 24, May 22, June 20, July 17, …)

If this is correct, I can setup recurring calendar invItations (with link to GoToMeeting inside…)
I did check with Laurent Le Meur that EDRLab GoToMeeting is available on both slot !

Personally I won’t be available on April 10th (LBF/ABC Awards ceremony[1]) and May 8th (vacation).
Rick, I hope you will be able to help preparing agenda and chairing.

For the Tuesday ones I set it for every other Tuesday for three repeats -- the last being the 13th.   I did the three on purpose, as I think that's what we discussed... perhaps due to daylight savings time???

Garth- You originally setup these meetings. Did you not extend them through March? Do you want to? Should Luc or I?

Hi, chairs--

Did an actual meeting invitation go out for these meetings? I had thought I had these in my calendar but they're not there anymore. Thanks to the agenda and the regrets, I was reminded but I'm pretty dependent on my calendar reminding me. (And I know, we just talked about this on Friday! Duh.) I suppose I could put an every-other-Tuesday entry in my calendar but before I do that I thought I'd see if an official invite with call-in/log-in instructions would be going out. Thanks!
