Thank you Rachel. Excellent job.

I’m wondering about adding a phrase about how maintenance over future years will be covered by this funding.
IMO it would reassure people that it is not only a punctual action but long term is already setup.
And help their decision to contribute…

Because we are asking for significant donations, we should have a single point of contact for people with questions. Brian O'Leary has volunteered to take that on but I wanted confirmation from the SC that there were no objections. If there are, I can take on that responsibility.

Please respond quickly - we need to get the donation process started.
