The EPUB 3 Community Group has resolved that EPUB 3.2 is ready for
wide review, as we feel it is feature-complete and satisfies the
requirements for an update to EPUB that remains compatible with
existing documents.

I would like to discuss how to reach out to the entire ebook
ecosystem, and request their feedback and comments on our work. We
anticipate that the review period will be approximately two months.
After we respond to feedback and create the final versions of our
specs, we will ask the business group to approve publishing EPUB 3.2
as a number of Final Community Group Reports.
