Re: Conditions for not raising formal objections

From the list below, I believe we are concerned by these only:

I am not sure what 'implementations' for dc:title & co means; I suspect (because they are simply metadata terms without any actions required for reading systems) that, in terms of W3C approach to vocabularies, we have to prove that at least two providers (publishers) use those terms in the first place. 

I cannot judge, not knowing the market in this respect, whether any of the features above are in danger of not being implemented by at least two implementations around the globe.

We should forget all the other features below from our discussion.
