Hi PWG Folks,


There is no call/meeting on Monday October 28th, we will return on November
4th.


Homework:


   - Resolve "Loosen Restriction on Http(s)" in GitHub [5].
   - Starting next week, read current Editor's Drafts to prepare for vote
   to proceed to CR

Below is a placeholder agenda for the following week (November 4th), but
allows me to (hopefully) fix the rest of the standard URLs to make sure
that Dave has a good weekend!
