I have added a new Wiki page onto our general repo[1] on W3C Specification Roadmaps. These are a set of developments @W3C to provide an easier overview of a set of specifications, with their readiness, links to caniuse, etc. For example, a 'roadmap' very much relevant to the Media Overlay discussion is: https://w3c.github.io/web-roadmaps/media/ more exactly https://w3c.github.io/web-roadmaps/media/synchronized.html I would expect more such roadmaps to come up in future. I actually wonder whether I can set up a 'publishing' roadmap to replace (or expand on) the current reading list[2]. Cheers Ivan p.s. There is one specific document that is very relevant to the MO discussion that is part of one of the roadmaps; I will separate that in an issue to make it easier to track.
