[a11y] Sept 20 Accessibility TF call is cancelled, but we have work to do

[2018 CSUN AT Conference] Call for Papers is Open!Dear Accessibility Task Force,
We have received regrets from group members that were key for the agenda of Sept 20 call. Also there is no pressing issue that needs our immediate attention. so, 20th Sept  accessibility TF call is cancelled.
We will have the next accessibility TF call on next Wednesday (Sept 27).
However we should continue the work asynchronously. The details are as follows:
1. George had action item of leading the planning of CSUN presentations. The email from CS UN is below. One person can present maximum 3 sessions and a panel can have maximum 5 presenters. The deadline for papers is Oct 3.
2. We can have a dedicated conference call for planning the presentation on Sept 22, at 16 UTC (6 PM Paris / 12 noon Boston). Please send email to George and me if you are available for the call.
3. It is important to inform that CSUN (March 19 to 23, 2018) overlaps with ebookcraft 2018 (March 21 & 22). So, some of us may have a conflict.
4. And the navigation requirements wiki is updated.
