(This seems to be a new feature): there is now a possibility to ‘link’ your github account to your W3C account; you should do that using URL at [1]. This is important for IPR purposes: the system would check whether a PR submission for a document comes from a bona fide Working Group member (in which case the IPR situation has been cleared) or not (in which case extra steps should be taken).
