[Admin] your github handle and preferred IRC nickname

Dear all,

as discussed on our F2F meeting last week, we will conduct most of our work in Github. In case you are new to Github, it may be worth having a look at [1] which could help you for the first steps. In any case, I would appreciate if you could send me your github account name, so that I could add you to the 'github team' (in Github's jargon). That would give you the possibility of being asked personally to review or being assigned to issues, or editing the wiki pages. I already had the name of the github account name for some of you; I am not sure whether [2] is visible to everyone (I am not familiar with all the ups and downs of the Github access controls), but it shows the current list on that 'team'.

Similarly, I would also appreciate to receive your preferred IRC nickname (or nicknames, if you use several of those). The goal is to improve the readability of the meeting minutes, so that third parties could also understand whose comments and remarks are in the minutes. Again, I have collected the handle for many of you already (see [3]). (Actually, in case you are already a Github user and your nickname is not on [3], you can also make a pull request providing me with your nickname(s) instead of a mail. It may also be a good exercise if you follow [1]:-)
