prov-wg editors and respec gurus,


I have a source file for prov-o at 
http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/tip/ontology/Overview-before-respec.html

which has some respec code like:

    <section class='appendix'>
      <h2>Names of inverse properties</h2>
    </section>

    <section class='appendix'>
      <h2>Acknowledgements</h2>
    </section>




but the generated index puts the sections at different levels:

• A. Names of inverse properties
	• A.1 Acknowledgements




All of the sections appear to be closed and leveled properly.

Can you spot something that I'm missing?

Otherwise, is spec-prod@w3.org the place to go?
