Owl updated: hadQuoter/wasDerivedBy/etc

As mentiones in the Prov-O telcon I've updated ProvRDF and ontology to have
prov:hadQuoter, prov:hadQuoted, prov:hadGeneration, prov:hadUsage,
prov:wasDerivedBy and prov:responsibleForActivity.

The two latter was previously prov:activity, but that made
prov:Responsibility and prov:Derivation become prov:ActivityInvolvement in
addition to their "actual" involvement as prov:AgentInvolvement and
prov:EntityInvolvement.

I've tried to put the right annotation properties, but could not see this
reflected in the Aquarius html yet.
