script to set up directory for examples

I put together a script to help set up the directory structure for an example.

I hope it helps.

bash-3.2$ bin/setup-example.sh 
usage: bin/setup-example.sh [-n] title-using-dashes {asn, rdf, xml, json}+

  -n : dry run; do not make the directory
