PROV-O issues pending review

Hi all,
there is a number of issues pending review in the Ontology product. This
message is a
reminder for the people who opened them, in order to be able to either
close them or leave them open for discussion.
Below I list the creator/responsible of the issue plus the issue number:

   - Luc: 84, 262, 263, 268
   - Stian: 123
   - Stephan: 259
   - Jun : 305 (Tim created it, but it's the comments from the review).
