this is only useful to non-US callers only, I guess. you may have seen this already. for info: I have switched to SIP for this week's call using Ekiga (http://www.ekiga.net/) to get a free SIP address, and the X-Lite-4 softphone (which is fine except that I could not find a mute button) works well for me (and it's free) -Paolo -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Fwd: Discontinuing UK and FR dial-in numbers for Zakim Resent-Date: Mon, 11 Jul 2011 17:10:30 +0000 Resent-From: public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org Date: Mon, 11 Jul 2011 19:10:02 +0200 From: M. We chose to instead invest in VoIP as an international solution. We will drop these numbers at the end of the month, please alert your Working Groups. The US number will remain available. -- Ted Guild <ted@w3.org <mailto:ted@w3.org>> W3C Systems Team http://www.w3.org -- ----------- ~oo~ -------------- Paolo Missier - Paolo.Missier@newcastle.ac.uk, pmissier@acm.org School of Computing Science, Newcastle University, UK http://www.cs.ncl.ac.uk/people/Paolo.Missier
