Folks - I've filled out the Google Form distributed in this thread in support of Oracle's potential interest in building an implementation according to this specification, but I'm not sure I understand the relationship between the Task Force participants and the implementers. Can one (Ryan and I represent Oracle GRC) be both Implementation Task Force participants and an implementer since the Task Force's job seems to be to find implementers rather than be impelmenters? Best.
