Erratum in PROV-N Example 13

Hi,

The final remaining example in [Example 13] shows `wasGeneratedBy(ex:g1; e, a, tr:WD-prov-dm-20111215)` which is invalid as the fourth argument in this form should be a time.

I believe this example should be something like `wasGeneratedBy(ex:g1; e, a, 2011-11-16T16:00:00)`.
