RE: PROV-N responses

It seems many of the issues that I raised were fixed in the latest draft.  Details below.

Original issue acknowledged.

New issue:  In the current draft, the generationExpression includes "...optionalIdentifier eIdentifier.." and optionalIdentifier is defined as '( identifierOrMarker ";" )?'.  I believe the '?' should be included in the generationExpression rather than in optionalIdentifier.  This may apply to other expressions as well.

My personal preference would be to define the identifiers (currently in 3.7.1) earlier in the doc so they appear before the definitions in 3.1.x, but this is just my opinion.
