Table 7 (in section 5.3.5) is very helpful.

I'm not sure I saw a resolution to this point from 523:
If all relations inherit from the abstract Influence relationship, then all relations should inherit the attributes of Influence, including ID and attributes (both optional) and the ID of the influencee and influencer. The latter are not required in many relations, so there seems to be a semantic inconsistency within the model.

I understand EmptyCollection is needed under the OWA, but I don't see a use case for it.  If the working group needs to support the explicit definition of an empty collection, then this is required.

Regarding the notation of id and attributes, I misread the example.  The explanation clarified by understanding.

My comment attempted to point out that some people (maybe I'm the only one) will be tempted to initially think about some concepts as activities due to the terminology that is used to define them.  I fell into this trap early on and it took me a while to work through it.  I wanted the working group to review the relevant text from this perspective; if that has been done, then I acknowledge the response to my comment.
