RE: Actions from today

I should've looked in more depth in the repo first!

We already have the previous use cases doc, still in the repo (so, we don't
need a separate repo, and we may have an even better foundation to start
from).

The code is here: https://github.com/w3c/pronunciation/tree/main/use-cases

This lead me to assume that the Editor's Draft may be available at
https://w3c.github.io/pronunciation/use-cases/ - but it's not, so we'll look
into that.

Best regards,

Matthew
