Actions from today

Hi all,

We had a relatively informal meeting, continuing from our discussion of next
steps from last week. Here are some actions:

* Matthew to get a new repo set up, about use cases. We discussed some
starting use cases to address (thanks Alan, Irfan) so I will add those to
the skeleton document.

* Alan will add a wiki page documenting some issues that have presented
barriers (these will not identify specific vendors/products; as an aside,
though an important one, bugs have been filed separately).

* Irfan will contact Mark to let him know we are re-starting on this - but
will be specific as and when we have requests for input. We would like him
to review the use cases document, as we expect him to have input.

Best regards,

Matthew
