Re: Hello PTF!

Hi, Leonie:

The question of normative specs from the PTF has come up in my
discussions with Michael, though not in the wider APA.

In my mind the goal is normative specs, and my question is only how
long it will take to get through Use Cases & Requirements, and through a
Gap Analysis to a FPWD of something normative. I rather suspect we'll
get there sooner than the next scheduled APA rechartering. So, in my
mind at least, I'm prepared to recharter APA early, if that proves to be
necessary.

Perhaps APA should consider some cintingencies here, before we put too
fine a point on wiki language? I do believe the intent was always
normative specs, and it's my failure this isn't clearer in the APA
Charter, or the PTF Work Statement.
