Thanks for getting things started Irfan.

I will find it difficult to make a conference call, but I'm definitely 
interested in the work of the TF.

I have some questions about the proposed work, but will raise them as 
Github issues.


One quick note: On the wiki it says the objective of the TF is to 
produce normative specifications. The work statement for the TF does not 
include normative specifications, so it might be worth changing it to 
say something like "to produce documents that will prepare the way for 
normative specifications".
