RESOLUTION: Consensus to publish Use-cases as FPWD

Dear Janina,
Pronunciation Task Force requests that APA call for Consensus to publish our Use-Cases as a First Public Working Draft, with the understanding that we will complete all content currently present which doesn’t completely express our concept.

I will send the stable version of this document shortly.
