Hi PING, This is a heads-up there's work in progress to form a Web Machine Learning Working Group [1] following the workshop recommendation [2] to start formal standardization work on the basis of the Web Neural Network API [3], an API currently incubated in the Web Machine Learning Community Group [4]. We've also made available to you an explainer [5] you may find helpful. We're reaching out to PING specifically to get privacy experts' early privacy review feedback for the Web Neural Network API [3]. *Early*, to emphasize this API is not yet on the W3C Rec Track -- we understand your primary focus is on the work on the Rec Track. To facilitate this early feedback gathering, we've opened an issue [6] in our GH repo for the self-review questionnaire responses and welcome your feedback there. We are happy to join a future PING call to discuss this technology. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks, -Anssi (WebML CG chair) [1] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-new-work/2020Oct/0001.html [2] https://www.w3.org/2020/06/machine-learning-workshop/report.html [3] https://webmachinelearning.github.io/webnn/ [4] https://webmachinelearning.github.io/ [5] https://github.com/webmachinelearning/webnn/blob/master/explainer.md [6] https://github.com/webmachinelearning/webnn/issues/119
