Follow-up [Was: Request for review of substantive changes to Payment Request API -- by 19 February 2019]

Christine, Tara,

Thank you very much for the opportunity to discuss Payment Request API at yesterday’s call [1].

I believe the discussion will enable us to improve both the specification and implementations.

After the call, Rouslan Solomakhin, Danyao Wang, and I discussed the feedback, and this led to a pull
request on the specification:
 https://github.com/w3c/payment-request/pull/843

I welcome PING review of the proposed changes, which are documented in the pull request.

Separately, our Google colleagues can comment from an implementer perspective.

Thank you,

Ian

I am asking for this review as we prepare to return to Candidate Recommendation (and then Proposed Recommendation).
