TPAC connectivity issues

Hello,
For the information of those attempting to participate remotely: there are
wifi problems so we often lose IRC connectivity. We lost the channel before
10 am today and took our meeting break early in hopes this will be resolved
soon.
We start again at 11 and will adjust the agenda as we stabilize. We have
taken some offline notes from the in-person discussion which will be added
to the channel ASAP.
