We have an IRC channel at irc://irc.w3.org:6665/#ppl.

I used to be on it, but then I spent 12 months in the UK using other
people's computers at work and got out of the habit before thinking of it
again recently, and there's been a couple of people who've seemingly been
perpetually on it without saying much.

Anyone who wants to use the IRC channel is welcome to.

When we do the 1/2 hour session at XML Prague, I'll also be looking for
someone to summarise the discussion on IRC for people who can't be there.
