The Dublin Core initiative issued lately an updated version of their terms: http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/ which seems to be a new version for the older term sets. Note that the URI-s they use is now without version number: http://purl.org/dc/terms/ which also unifies some older terms. I just wonder whether it wouldn't be a better way of using those URI-s both in the examples and in the specification for OWL. (Maybe check with the DCMI people to be sure?)
