Have - I dont see POIs as categorys, I see them as links.
The "physical hyperlink" analogy I think helps define what a POI does.

Not sure...I can see uses of "c".
I think these questions are partly solved by just having a optional
string to specify alternative reference systems.

If someone wants to place non-earth centric POIs specified by
co-ordinates they could then do so, and other clients would at least
know what standard they are conforming too...or at least know the POIs
are intended for world of warcraft and thus can be ignored completely.
