GML or OpenStreetMap?

CityGML or OpenStreetMap with key:building ?

OpenStreetMap GIS data is public (http://www.openstreetmap.org/) , accessible for most part of the world
and comes with free tools to create or enhanced it.

What about GML data?

jacques
