Yes, Rob, that post was a power hit! Thank you! @Phil, Your contributions have been very valuable, Phil. Many thanks for your time preparing for, during and following the Barcelona workshop, and for contributing to this dialog so far. It now needs to move to the level of clarifying the charter and let the "work" on the details of a data format move into the actual group which emerges! The page [1] is still very bare bones; I've tried to get in and add the Semantic Sensor Network XG [2] to the list of proposed Liaisons with W3C groups but I cannot edit the page with my low level W3C credentials :-( . @Matt, do you think you could go back through the posts of the past 10 days and transfer into the draft charter page (replace some of the existing content with) some of the recent consensus posted on the list?
