On Linux (Arch Linux, X server, KDE Plasma) and Chrome 92.0.4515.159, this is what I get:

1. Left click somewhere -> pointerdown
2. Right click -> pointermove, contextmenu
3. Release left click -> nothing
4. Click somewhere outside context menu -> pointermove & pointerup
