Call for Consensus — ends next week, Wednesday February 24 at 9am Boston time. The Working Group has discussed (see minutes here https://www.w3.org/2020/12/16-pointerevents-minutes.html and briefly here https://www.w3.org/2021/02/03-pointerevents-minutes.html) the recharter for the Pointer Events Working Group under the revised 2020 Patent Policy. See https://www.w3.org/2021/01/proposed-pointer-events-wg.html Although no negative comments on this have been voiced so far, this is the official Call for Consensus on this. Positive replies/ +1s to this email would be appreciated, but aren't necessary. If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you “not being able to live with” this decision, please let the group know before the CfC deadline. In addition, as this has now gone out to AC review https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-ac-members/2021JanMar/0019.html could I also ask members to send feedback to their AC reps, if they haven't done so already.
