Re: [pointerevents] Clarify what the coalesced/predicted targets dirty stuff is actually about (#370)

essentially, it's about clarifying this sentence a bit more, as it's not quite clear what's intended/going on

`When the <a>PointerEvent</a>'s target is changed, set <a><code>coalesced events targets dirty</code></a>
            and <a><code>predicted events targets dirty</code></a> to true`

Could perhaps even do with an illustration (like the one for coalesced and non-coalesced points, but showing how some non-coalesced ones move over a different target)
