In addition, I also tested things using https://patrickhlauke.github.io/touch/pen-tracker/ and https://patrickhlauke.github.io/touch/tracker/multi-touch-tracker-pointer-hud.html While these worked as expected in Edge and Chrome, I was getting funky behavior in Firefox (both on desktop+Wacom and Surface 3), probably due to the issues mentioned in the previous email. In the pen tracker, as soon as the pen touches the digitizer, nothing more happens (presumably as it then thinks it's a "touch" pointer, as mentioned previously). In the "HUD" tracker, I further ended up with pointer circles/info "sticking" on the page - indicating that it's likely not sending the relevant pointerup/pointerout in certain cases. P -- Patrick H.
