Regarding the default pressure part of the discussion - Edge simply plumbs through what the underlying OS platform gives us. In the case of pressure, the default that the OS provides is .5 [PointerPointProperties.Pressure](https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/windows.ui.input.pointerpointproperties.pressure.aspx).
