Re: Draft agenda: 26 April 2016 call

Thanks Mustaq. Most of those GitHub issues are blocked waiting for input
from Edge folks, so hopefully having the list in advance will help ensure
everyone has the context fresh for meaningful discussion tomorrow.

Is anyone planning on attempting to join WebEx with video, or audio-only?
I'd love to have video, but it's pretty inconvenient for us (and pretty
ironic for W3C IMHO) to try to find a browser with Java/plugin support (old
IE I guess) and to try to plug that into our good audio/video hardware
etc...

If there's interest, I could easily have a Google Hangout dialed into the
WebEx phone number and send out a link to the hangout for anyone with a
WebRTC-enabled browser to use to get a video feed. Or perhaps we shouldn't
tempt the technology gods and just stick with an old-school phone call :-)
