No PEWG call on November 18

Hi All,

I don't think we have sufficient topics to justify a call today so our 
next potential date for a call is November 25.

I believe Jacob/Asir plus Matt are running the tests and Asir is 
creating an implementation report.

The LC was published last week and the comment deadline is December 4.
