Hi All,

I don't think we have sufficient topics to justify a call today so our 
next potential date for a call is November 11.

I believe Jacob/Asir and Matt are running the tests and Asir is creating 
an test/implementation report.

As previously agreed, after we have sufficient interoperability, the 
next step is to agree to publish a LCWD. If the interop data is complete 
and sufficient by November 11, we can use the call that day to record 
consensus to transition the spec.
