RE: Old open action items in tracker

On a related note, I was hitting some issues when closing actions in Tracker (random SQL errors!). But things are working now, so I can close out a few of mine.

I was specifically thinking about stuff from 2013, though I'm not sure (as it's before my time) if those were actioned but then just not closed...
