RE: Draft agenda: 15 April 2014 call

I made a proposal in Bug 24971 that might impact the resolutions of Bugs 21749, 25147, and 24923. So I suggest we swap agenda items #1 and  #4 so we can discuss the proposal for 24971 first.

I didn't yet get a chance to commit a change for Bug 24923, so I suggest we postpone that discussion.
