Hi Tobie, As you know, the Pointer Events WG is using github ([pointerevents]) for its tests. Github's coarse notification bug means that [w-p-t] "Watchers" that are only interested in Pointer Events receive every notification for w-p-t and that is an unacceptable amount of e-mail. As I understand it, you are working on some type of fix/work-around for this GH bug. Would you please provide an ETA for this fix? Additionally (and perhaps as a replacement for individuals using GH's Watcher feature just for PointerEvents?), it would be useful if all pointerevents related activity (f.ex. new submissions, pull requests) was automatically reported/sent to a W3C mail list (e.g. public-pointer-events). Is there a way to do this? -Thanks, Art [pointerevents] <https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/tree/master/pointerevents> [w-p-t] <https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests> -------- Original Message -------- Subject: ACTION-46: Followup with tobie re getting notifications for pe tests (Pointer Events Working Group) Date: Tue, 10 Sep 2013 15:27:40 +0000 From: ext Pointer Events Working Group Issue Tracker <sysbot+tracker@w3.org> Reply-To: Pointer Events Working Group <public-pointer-events@w3.org> To: <art.barstow@nokia.com> ACTION-46: Followup with tobie re getting notifications for pe tests (Pointer Events Working Group) http://www.w3.org/2012/pointerevents/track/actions/46 On: Arthur Barstow Due: 2013-09-17 If you do not want to be notified on new action items for this group, please update your settings at: http://www.w3.org/2012/pointerevents/track/users/7672#settings
