Welcome aboard!
> One practical concern I have is that it will be hard to filter outPointer Events test submissions from all the other submissions to thesame repo. To make it easier for reviewers to be notified ofsubmissions without "watching" the whole repository, I suggest that wetweak this process slightly by making step 2 mandatory rather thanoptional. (Or, we could talk to the Test Management TF about whetherit's better to split the web platform test repo into multiple repos.)

I'm looking at a solution to email a central mailing list with [shortname] prefixed emails so people can filter with their email client as they see fit.

Likewise, I'm also looking at a solution to tag pull request and issues with spec shortnames.

You're welcome to bring this topic up on public-test-infra@.

Best,
