Bug ID: 21686
Summary: Pointer out firing before pointer cancel
Classification: Unclassified
Product: PointerEventsWG
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: other
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: Pointer Events specification
Assignee: jrossi@microsoft.com

QA Contact: public-pointer-events-bugzilla@w3.org
CC: public-pointer-events@w3.org
In IE10 the implementations is such that afte pointer cancel pointer out is not
being fired, which actually makes sense. The specification should be more
flexible about when pointer out needs to be fired with respect to pointer
cancel.
