Re sorting: yes and no. 

Yes: for that purpose I’ve already created a sortid column (A)

No: the 16 major features have not id (e.g. numbering) the sortid could refer to – and the CR document cannot be changed.

Workaround: we create an “outsourced” Feature List page in the context of the Test Regime and this list has an id for each feature.

Finally: who maps the Validation items and the IM examples (of the Evaluator page) to the Features?

One sorting issue, can each of the rows be listed under the 16 major “features”:  https://www.w3.org/TR/odrl-model/#cr-exit

(this will make it easier in the final report)
