We have a Wiki page [1] with a proposal for revised specs of constraint names = left operands. And we had discussions in December calls if vocabularies should be part of the normative recommendation of ODRL or an optional, suggested vocabulary. As one of the editors of [1] my simple question is: how to proceed with these proposals? - Taking a decision about normative or not-normative - Taking a decision on the proposed changes - I suggest to do that in any case, well defined terms of a vocab are always a benefit.
